We print our labels and ship to the address listed on the order at the time of checkout - please be sure to check that this is correct prior to placing your order!
While we try our best to ship out as quickly as possible, we are a company with only a few employees. We ship “new arrivals” in 1-10 business days or according to the pre-ship date on the product itself!
All Live Love Gameday orders ship within 1-10 business days, Monday-Friday. Depending on the season (i.e football & holidays), order volumes can get quite high but don’t worry, we’re working to get out all orders within that timeframe!
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a 7 digit order number. At the point we begin processing and fulfilling your order, you will receive a USPS tracking number that says “Pre-Shipment”. This does not mean your order has shipped - we're currently in the process of getting it ready to go out!
When your order is packaged and shipped out, it’ll be scanned in with the USPS on their time once it reaches their facilities. Usually, this can take around 24-72 business day hours once shipped due to high volume!
Your order will then change to “in transit” with an estimated delivery date!

We offer first-class mail and priority mail. We do not offer priority express or overnight shipping.
Priority Mail is the United States Postal Service's standard air service. Packages usually arrive to their domestic destination within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service. So there's no recourse if packages are delayed.
Priority Mail Express is USPS's fastest shipping service. Depending on the distance a shipment must travel, USPS will make a service commitment of 1 to 3 business days for domestic shipments.
Q: My shipping address is incorrect! Can this be changed?
A: Please be sure to check that the shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Our system processes orders automatically once placed and we aren’t able to guarantee that we can potentially edit the shipping address at that point. While we will try our best to locate your order if it has not yet shipped out, Live Love Gameday is not responsible/liable for packages sent to incorrectly placed shipping address’ at the time of checkout. Live Love Gameday ships to the address listed at the time of checkout.
Q: My tracking number never updated after the 10 business days, is my package lost?
A: Sometimes USPS’ system can glitch and won’t update. This can be due to USPS error or misrouting the package. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll happily look into it and work to get your order to you!
If your package looks like its stuck in transit within the usps network (i.e updated but no longer showing current updates per the date) - we'll send over a store credit for the amount paid on the items within your order minus shipping costs. Note: LLG is not responsible for packages that go off-route or lost while in transit with USPS, however, we’ll absolutely do our best to make sure y’all are taken care of!
Q: My tracking shows a delivery notification that my order was delivered, but I don’t know where it is?!
A: Sometimes USPS will deliver based on customer preferences (i.e at a parcel locker, or hold at your local post office for pick up), check tracking itself for details like that! Other times, USPS will update the status early! And at other times, the order might’ve been misdelivered to a neighbor’s address or wherever you choose for your mail to be processed (such as above). Check into your point of contact for these!
Q: I reached out to everyone I could, but my LLG package is still missing. Now what?
A: Live Love Gameday must be notified by email about potential missing package(s) within 3 days of delivery date per USPS tracking, in order to be eligible for a potential reshipment or store credit. Please see below for further details.
We recommend you file a claim as soon as possible on your end as the customer with usps! Since the address is yours, that is the only reason we suggest the customer filing a claim as well because when they find the package they would contact you first instead of us. Please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. L
We also file a claim, but things tend to move along quicker if a claim is filed on y’alls end!
While Live Love Gameday is NOT responsible for missing packages that show “delivered” per usps tracking, we will do our best to make sure you’re taken care of.
Send us an email with your claim information and we’ll get to working on a reshipment for you! If we don’t have the styles you ordered in stock, we’ll send you store credit minus shipping costs.
Q: Oh no. USPS couldn’t seem to deliver my package and processed it as “RETURN TO SENDER”, what do I do?
While this can happen for a handful of reasons, the most common reason they are unable to deliver is due to address issues! Please be sure your shipping address is at the time of checkout.
However, if this does happen to your Live Love Gameday package, send us an email! From there, we’ll see about keeping an eye out for your package that was routed back to us. If we receive it, then we’ll go ahead and send it back out to you (free of charge on shipping) OR send a store credit for the amount paid minus shipping costs. However, please note if it has not yet been delivered to us (i.e gets stuck or lost within the USPS network), we will go ahead and send you a store credit minus shipping costs.
