The most common method to send your package(s) back to us is using USPS first-class mail. Heavier packages may require USPS priority mail.
Once the package is delivered to us, we will receive it, then our returns center will process the package, etc. Expect an emailed E-Giftcard or promo code within 5-10 business days of the delivery of your return.

If the even exchange item is easily accessible and in stock, then we will simply re-send out the size you need of the same style. If that style/size is not in stock or a different style is needed/wanted, then store credit will be issued.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed E-Giftcard or promo code within 5-10 business days of the delivery of your items at our warehouse. Store credit is not processed the same day your item is delivered back to us. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping charges.
