Any items sent back will be returned for store credit (that does not expire).
Once you send back your items, please save your USPS return tracking number. If you happen to notice the tracking number is “in transit” already once sent back, feel free to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your return tracking and order number, and we will process your store credit immediately instead of waiting to receive the items.

The most common method to send your package(s) back to us is using USPS first-class mail. Heavier packages may require USPS priority mail.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Giftcard or promo code within 5-10 business days of the delivery of your items at our warehouse. Store credit is not processed the same day your item is delivered back to us. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping charges.
When using a gift card and a promo code, you must enter the gift card code first, then enter the promo code.
We only offer STORE CREDIT for items sent back. We do not issue refunds.
Merchandise must be sent back to us within 14 business days of receiving the order, per your USPS tracking number in your account, in order to receive store credit.
Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
With our varying quantities of styles and colors, we cannot guarantee the style(s) you want will be available if your original item does not work; you will receive store credit.
Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with tags attached (if it arrived with tags).
If your item(s) are not sent back to us within the 14 day time period, or if your items are sent back for a “refund” or if your items arrive back to us damaged, then a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged/deducted from your store credit and/or the exchange will be sent back to you, per decision of the company.
