LLG Return Policy
Here at Live Love Gameday®, we stand behind our GAME DAY apparel/accessories and want you to love them as much as we do!
We will always do our absolute best to take care of our customer and handle all situations fairly!
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged clothing items that were not sale items within 30 days of your tracking number showing as delivered. Sale items are final sale. Most accessories are final sale.
Regular priced apparel items will be accepted back for store credit.

For questions regarding your current or future return(s), please email us at hello@livelovegameday.com with your full name, order number, exact items needing to be sent back to us, as well as the USPS return tracking number if already shipped to our returns department.

Live Love Gameday will happily accept items returned to us that meet all qualifications from our return policy!
Live Love Gameday offers store credit for eligible items sent back. We do not reimburse back to the original payment method used by the customer.
Live Love Gameday happily accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased for a store credit (Live Love Gameday E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order was delivered per USPS tracking. No exceptions. Please see our full return policy outline below regarding eligible & ineligible items!

The most common method to send your package(s) back to us is using USPS first-class mail. Heavier packages may require USPS priority mail.
Shipping costs incurred are NOT reimbursed. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and fees.
A $5 credit will be added to your store credit to cover some of the shipping costs back to us.

Final sale items are ineligible to be sent back for return/store credit.
Below is a list of considered “final sale” styles & items:
  • SALE/CLEARANCE/BOGO, or any discounted item marked sale is FINAL SALE.
  • Any purchase using a 40% off or more discount is considered FINAL SALE. 
  • ALL ACCESSORIES
  • FOOT WEAR
  • MYSTERY BAGS
  • GIFT CARDS 
  • ANY LLG STYLES WITH “FINAL SALE” WITHIN THEIR DESCRIPTIONS 
 
Once you send back your items, please save your USPS return tracking number. If you happen to notice the tracking number is “in transit” already once sent back, feel free to send us an email to hello@livelovegameday.com with your return tracking and order number, and we will mark your return as "pre processing" on our end and will process your return as soon as it is received to get your store credit (Live Love Gameday E-Gift Card) sent over!
With our varying quantities of styles and colors, we cannot guarantee the style(s) you want will be available if your original item does not work; you will receive store credit.
  • Anything that possesses a smell, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by the customer will not be taken back for full credit. It must be in its original condition with tags attached (if it arrived with tags). If sent back in such condition pertaining to the above, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total store credit.
  • If FINAL SALE items are sent back to us, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total store credit.
  • Returns received after our 30 day return timeline will be refused. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
If a return contains an order that pertain to any of the three guidelines above, restocking fees will be adjusted and added accordingly. Orders sent outside of the 30 day return timeline will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ORDERS
**If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us at hello@livelovegameday.com within 2 days (per delivery date on tracking) with your full name, order number, exact item damaged AND a photo and we will take care of the situation as soon as possible!**

While we do our best to shoot the exact colors of all styles in natural lighting, the exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. 
Any and all special details regarding certain styles will be noted within their descriptions.
