We love our next Gameday Diva! Lindsey has been a fan of LLG for awhile now, and we're so thankful to get to know her. She's a writer for an NFL team and has developed a really amazing love for the game. Check out the post she wrote for us below!:

I love football.

I probably can’t say “I always have,” but it started at a very young age. An initial interest in spending time with my dad led to watching games with him at home, and soon I developed a genuine interest in the game.

A passion for football soon combined with a passion for storytelling, and so began my journey to becoming a full-time writer for an NFL team.

I was first introduced to Live Love Gameday through a random Instagram post, and I immediately was drawn toward the apparel that was cute and feminine without being glitzy or over the top. Football is often considered more of a man’s sport, so as a female who writes about the gridiron for a living, I love this clothing line that offered me a really fun way to express my interests and my style – and be comfy at the same time!

The first top that I purchased was the “Football is my boyfriend” short-sleeved sweatshirt. It’s a lightweight, fun piece to pair with jeans or a pair of jeggings, and I especially liked the font design. Football is a significant commitment in my life, so I felt the saying was a clever way to comment on that.

My most recent purchase was the burgundy “Love” top, and it’s been the perfect pick for being out and about with friends or delving into photography – another interest of mine – at a local park. I have paired it with both leggings and jeans for different looks.

As football transitioned from being something I watched from the sideline to now being part of my full-time lifestyle, it’s truly fair to say that I love and live game day. I’m thrilled that I’ve discovered apparel that allows me to be myself, feel great and make a fun statement.
