Live Love Gameday

Live Love Gameday is gameday’s biggest fan (can you tell by the name??). Which is perfect for us gals who want to look cute on gameday! I stocked up on my favorite tees at their trunk show last weekend, and now I’m just waiting for football season to come!

My favorite thing about LLG besides their apparel is that they are almost always involved with some sort of charity.

Take the trunk show, for example, where a portion of their proceeds went to the Special Olympics. And right now they are running a promo on a shirt where 100% of the profits go to help victims of hurricane Harvey. How cool is that?

The Trunk Show

They held the trunk show at the very trendy boutique Moreau in Uptown, Dallas this past Sunday. With plenty of their tees and accessories to try on, I was in heaven. The bubbly and free coozie didn’t hurt either

Surrounded by shoppers and the wonderful (and drop dead gorgeous) Live Love Gameday staff, it felt more like a party than just a trunk show. And check out the amazing backdrop that Moreau provided!

The best things about gameday

The LLG shirts take me back to the heart of what makes gameday awesome. It’s the football, the tradition, and the fun gameday spirit!

I went through four amazing football seasons at The University of Southern California, home of the Trojans.

As a USC student, you are automatically expected to love football season. If not for the love of the game, then at least for the gameday experience. The day-long (or weekend long if we won!) tradition known as gameday dominates campus every time our team plays.

From getting decked out in Trojan gear and tailgating to chanting and the camaraderie, there are always things to expect on gameday.

After my freshman year, I could no longer participate in gameday when our team played at home- at least not in the traditional sense.

But for a great reason: my best friend got me a job working in the USC football recruiting department. No longer was I just a fan in the stands- instead I got to be hands on with our recruits and got to watch the game on the field!

I now knew the coaches personally and got to show recruits why they should come to USC. It was a dream come true!

Needless to say, my gameday experience was truly transformed. Gameday and USC football was not just a once-a-week deal anymore, it became a part of my lifestyle.

Now that I’m no longer in college or at USC to be there for my team, the TV version will have to do. But that doesn’t mean I won’t be decked out in gameday apparel!! (Insert “fight on” logo here )

“Girls who love football are rare. Wife ’em up.” – I love this shirt so much! This is true for everyone but me- my husband could care less about sports. Don’t worry, guys! He’ll come around eventually.
