Exchanged items must be sent back to us within 14 business days of receiving the order, per your USPS tracking number, in order to receive store credit or a different style/size. If your item(s) are not sent within the 14 day time period, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged/deducted and store credit for the balance will be emailed to you. With our varying quantities of styles and colors, we cannot guarantee the style(s) you want to exchange for will be available if your original item does not work. Please include a note with your package letting us know what size/style you are exchanging for or if you need store credit to decide at a later time. Exchanges can take up to 3-10 business days to process once received.
Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with tags attached (if it arrived with tags).
Customers are responsible for the return shipping. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee charged if you send back your items without a note or for a refund or if your items sent back show signs of wear and tear, makeup, etc.

If an item arrives defective, Live Love Gameday® will replace your item within 14 days of your purchase at no additional cost. If we are notified about a damaged item after 14 days, we will not be able to replace your item.
