Step One: Print out a pre-paid shipping label HERE. You will need your order number and zip code. Select the items you wish to send back that are eligible (more information below) and print out your label. If package is not sent back to us within 7 days using the printed label, the label will be discarded.
Step Two: Your store credit/return will be processed in 3-10 business days once we receive it. Expect an emailed E-Giftcard or promo code within 3-10 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed E-Giftcard or promo code within 3-10 business days of the delivery of your items at our warehouse. Store credit is not processed the same day your item is delivered back to us. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping charges.
When using a gift card and a promo code, you must enter the gift card code first, then enter the promo code.
