Step Two: Ship Your Exchange Back To Us Using A Pre-Paid Label & A Note Letting Us Know The Size/Style You Need In Exchange Or Store Credit
Step Three: Your Exchange Will Be Processed In 3-5 Business Days After We Receive it Back
If you have received a damaged or defective item, or if you have an item missing from your order, please email us within 14 days of receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org!

Store credit and exchanges are not processed the same day your item is delivered back to us. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping charges.
When using a gift card and a promo code, you must enter the gift card code first, then enter the promo code.
