"Why isn't my tracking number updating?"

To our amazing Live Love Gameday family,

Given the recent happenings with USPS and packages all over the United States, we wanted to take a moment to reach out and give y’all an update about what’s going on around here!

At this point in time, we are working closely with USPS and understand that there are a handful of shipping delays. Orders and their tracking numbers are either stuck in transit with an older date, or even stuck in pre shipment. Your order left our fulfillment center in plenty of time to be delivered on or before 12/24, the pressure on shipping carriers this holiday season is unprecedented.

As stated prior, we are partnering closely with USPS, who is diligently working to ensure packages are delivered as soon as possible, even if arriving later than originally planned, which may be after 12/24.

USPS has informed us that due to this high volume, they are not able to provide regular tracking updates and expected delivery date as they normally would on all packages. However, USPS has reassured us that even if no delivery date is shown, the package is still on the way.

As a small business, we appreciate and love all of our customers and the blessings they bring! Since we keep a very limited quantity of each style, we are unable to reship right away or refund, as soon as an order is reported back to us as a “non-updater” or missing.

Our main plan to execute right now, is to file claims for orders stuck in transit, and per the recommendation of our USPS rep, we will allow the month of December for the delivery service to locate lost packages and deliver, etc. to y’all!

For example, we donate once a week to the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) since it is local to us, but we always love recommendations of an organization or two that is near and dear to your heart.
